ABOUT
He might come from a college town in Upstate New York, but Blaine Holcomb won’t let anyone tell him he’s not country. Growing up in a blue collar family, Blaine learned the value of hard work, honesty, and family - as well as how to hunt and fish with the best of them. Raised on country radio and the words of George Jones, Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley, and Daryle Singletary, it only made sense that when Blaine picked up a guitar at age 11, “Mama Tried” was one of the first songs he learned to play. “I’m a big fan of traditional country music as well as 90’s country and I think my writing style reflects that.”
His talents soon led him to Nashville, and he never looked back. Since then, he has had quite the success on his musical journey, opening up for acts such as Randy Houser, and Easton Corbin. he also shared a stage with country superstars Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and Chris Janson at Bass Pro Shop’s World Fishing Fair where he performed his song “Keep Your Line In The Water” at the opening ceremony - a song that Blaine wrote as a tribute to his grandfather. Blaine has stayed on the frontlines of the Nashville scene as well, playing at many of the popular honky tonks on lower broadway over the years such as tootsies, rippys, honky tonk central, the stage, legends corner, aj’s, dierks bentley’s whiskey row, garth brooks’ friends in low places, hank jr’s boogie bar, and several others.
Blaine’s first nashville record was a project he released in 2019 with producer mark beckett. since then he has worked with his current producer jay brunswick and together they have written, recorded, and released several projects. Over A Beer which was released in October 2021, Lessons in 2022 which featured Kinsey Rose on the title track, and boot shoppin’ which was released in 2024. these projects collectively have racked up millions of streams worldwide and include singles such as, “I drink she drives” “when it comes to love” “lessons” “Lover like you” and others.
